It gives the player -999 defense and attempting to charge will result in 100,000 dungeon guardians spawning. Its lifeless treasure bag will drop the Shield of Sadness. The Eye also randomly shoots cursed flames and lazers from its mouth, similar to the Twins. The town npcs will not be able to spawn again if that happens.
If the player dies to its charge attack, it rapidly kills all of the Town NPCs. The Eye does its charge attacks as soon as it spawns. Its lifeless treasure bag contains the Unroyal Gel, which increases slime spawn rate by 500% and slime's damage by 1000%. When these King Slimes are defeated, only one treasure bag will spawn. If he is defeated, instead of spawning blue slimes, multiple King Slimes are spawned. King Slime moves as fast as the dungeon guardian, and rapidly shoots out flamethrower projectiles at the player during the fight.
